About me
I’m Audrey Zander — a trilingual Leadership & Communication Coach with twenty years of international experience and a lifelong curiosity for what brings people together.
Before becoming a coach, I spent fourteen years in global corporate communications, working with organisations like Rothschild, Investec, Hilton, and Amway. I trained executives to communicate with impact, led engagement initiatives, and supported leaders and organisations through moments of high visibility and high pressure.

My turning point came after burnout — a moment born not only of overwork, but of misalignment. I had lost my sense of purpose after years of chasing goals that no longer felt meaningful. Coaching helped me see the gap between outer success and inner fulfilment, and taught me how to realign with what truly matters. It also made me realise that communication isn’t just about what we say to others — it’s how we connect to ourselves, our values, and our vision.
That discovery reshaped everything. I moved from managing corporate narratives to helping leaders and teams embody their own. Since 2019, I’ve been guiding others to lead and communicate with authenticity, confidence, and impact — in ways that inspire both results and well-being.

Having lived in ten countries and worked across cultures, I’ve seen how communication builds bridges where differences divide. My approach blends strategy and empathy, combining my corporate expertise with coaching to turn insight into sustainable change.

Certified by the International Coaching Federation (CPCC, ACC) and trained in Positive Intelligence® and Leadership Embodiment®, I partner with leaders, teams, and organisations to strengthen trust, collaboration, and communication that drives impact.

Based in Cannes, I work in English, French, and German — in person and online across Europe, Africa, the UK, and the U.S. East Coast.

Outside of work, you’ll find me on or near the water, going on adventures with my rescue dog, playing padel, dancing, reading, or enjoying new flavours and destinations around the world.
