About Audrey
I’m Audrey Zander — a trilingual Executive Team Facilitator and Leadership Coach with over twenty years of international experience and a lifelong curiosity for what brings people together.
Before becoming a coach, I spent fourteen years in global corporate communications, working with organisations like Rothschild, Investec, Hilton, Conrad, and Amway. I partnered with senior leaders to strengthen communication, support organisational change and navigate moments of high visibility and high pressure.
My turning point came after burnout — a moment born not only of overwork, but of misalignment. I had lost my sense of purpose after years of chasing goals that no longer felt meaningful. Coaching helped me reconnect with my values, my strengths and the impact I wanted to have. It also changed the way I saw communication. It's not only about what we say to others, but how we connect with ourselves, our purpose and the people around us..
That discovery reshaped everything.
I moved from managing corporate narratives to partnering with leaders and leadership teams—helping them strengthen communication, collaboration and the human dynamics that bring strategy to life.
Today, I work with multinational leadership teams and senior leaders across cultures, functions and geographies, creating the conditions for people to understand one another better so they can work better together.
Having lived in ten countries and worked in five, I've experienced first-hand how different cultures, communication styles and perspectives can either create misunderstanding or become a person's or a team's greatest strength. That international experience continues to shape every engagement, helping me quickly understand different organisational cultures and adapt my approach to the people in the room.
Alongside my independent practice, I collaborate with The Authority Gap Consultancy, supporting organisations in creating more inclusive leadership cultures, and I'm actively involved in initiatives that advance women in all paths of life, including Giving Women and my coaching programme, UNMUTE.
I'm a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation. I'm also trained in Positive Intelligence® and Leadership Embodiment®, approaches that complement my facilitation and coaching by strengthening self-awareness, resilience and leadership presence.
Based in Cannes, I work in English, French and German, partnering with organisations in person and virtually with clients around the world.
Outside of work, you’ll find me on or near the water, going on adventures with my rescue dog, playing padel, dancing, reading, or enjoying new flavours and destinations around the world.
